A Pumice Crystal is a background item that, once activated, causes the entrance to lock after you enter the caves.
It will stop any other adventurers from following you in and causing trouble. However, there may already be adventurers in the caves prior to your entry.
It can be activated and deactivated by using the action button when the character is in the vicinity.
